Southern Alberta MUSTANGS

The Southern Alberta hockey team pulled off an impressive victory against Three Hills yesterday, with a final score of 6-3. The game took place at Stavely Arena and kept the audience on the edge of their seats throughout.

Despite Three Hills’ valiant efforts with 33 shots on goal, Alberta managed to more than double their attempts with a whopping 62 shots. The powerplay stats were close, with Hills at 2/6 and Alberta slightly ahead at 2/9.

The goalkeepers for both teams put on a great show, with Alberta’s Cameron Casorso saving 30 out of 33 shots, and Hills’ Ryan Roberts saving 56 out of 62.

The highlight of the match was undoubtedly the performance of #21 from both teams. Alberta’s Reece Orser and Hills’ Blake O’Dempsey both scored two goals each, creating an exciting back-and-forth dynamic.

The Southern Alberta team now looks forward to their next game, which will be a home game against Hanna on Friday, January 16th at 7:30pm at Stavely Arena. Be sure not to miss it!
